Returns & Replacements

If the goods are being purchased for a business purpose then the Consumer Guarantees Act will not apply. If you discover there is a fault with a product you have purchased from us, please contact us immediately and we will endeavour to rectify the problem. We do not offer a refund under circumstances where you have changed your mind after purchasing a product.

Ordering

We accept orders for delivery within New Zealand, and also to Australia for most products. Orders will be fulfilled and despatched within 2-5 working days if in stock. We will advise you as soon as possible if stock is not available or if there is any expected delay in your order.

Payment and Pricing

Payment: We currently accept payment by Bank Transfer or by Cheque. We do not currently accept Credit Card payments via our website. Please contact us directly if you prefer to pay by Credit Card .

Pricing: All of our prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and exclude GST unless otherwise specified. Product prices are regularly updated when price changes are received from our suppliers. Every effort has been made to ensure our online store has the most correct and up to date pricing, however we reserve the right to alter published prices due to exceptional circumstances.

Typographical Errors: In the event content on the Website contains incorrect information, or a product is listed at an incorrect price, due to typographical errors or error in pricing information, mentis shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. Mentis shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, mentis shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
